Increased Orders Means Increased Demand to Fill Open Jobs

Midland, MI, August 26, 2019 – XALT Energy, a leading U.S. manufacturer of lithium-ion cells and battery systems for the medium-heavy duty markets, announced today they will be holding a job fair to help fill approximately 50 open positions at their Midland, MI headquarters and manufacturing facility. During this event, participants will have the opportunity to learn about XALT Energy, their products, open positions and tour the 460,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Candidates will be able to complete a job application onsite and those interested in technician roles will also be able to complete an initial interview during the event.
“The world -wide market for XALT Energy products is growing at a rapid rate. Existing customers are increasing sales orders and new customers are emerging at a faster pace than years past. This is resulting in a demand for additional workforce,” said Jeff Michalski, CEO.

Photo ID will be required to access the facility. Please bring three (3) copies of your resume to the event for applications and interview purposes. Comfortable, close toed shoes are required for the facility tour.
