Detroit-based Energy Power Systems (EPS) is a relatively young start-up, but in the little over three years it has been in operations, the company has made a significant impact in the world of energy storage. The state of Michigan has granted significant tax credits to the company to set-up a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in the Michigan area. In a recent trip to Detroit, we met Subhash Dhar, Principal Inventor, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, EPS, who gave us a perspective on recent innovations as well as the future of energy storage.
